Unity PC VR build; demo video (YouTube embed); 400×400+ image stills (LEM exterior, LEM interior, EVA flag/rock).
This VR exhibit recreates the awe and fragility of Apollo-era exploration. Beginning inside the Lunar Module, users observe a compact, functional cockpit scaled to human presence, then step onto the lunar surface to feel scale, silence, and low-gravity motion. Interactions—grabbing and tossing a rock, approaching the flag, hearing Armstrong’s line—anchor the experience in tactile memory. I prioritized comfortable locomotion, authentic proportions, and physics tuned for lunar gravity so the environment feels realistic without simulation overload. The piece communicates historical reverence through restraint: limited UI, deliberate sound design, and a concise interaction set that invites reflection as much as play.
